* Ozone-Sanitized hot tub-Our hot tub is equipped with ozone technology, which continuously purifies the water by breaking down bacteria and impurities. The means cleaner, safer, and softer water with fewer harsh chemicals so you can relax knowing the water stays fresh and crystal clear throughout your stay.

* Enjoy deer watching in the evening and early morning in the back fields.

▪︎We are an active farm. You will see farm equipment and tree logs around the side of the property. We use the logs to heat all of our buildings in the winter.

☆☆☆The stairs to the bedroom loft are steep and may be physically challenging to some people. The bedroom loft ceiling height is also low.☆☆☆

* Due to the high bedroom loft and steep steps, this may not be ideal for small children. However, we do have gates upon request and the top rails are 2 inches higher than code.

* We have two large dogs, free range chickens, and ducks. We prefer no pets but will take certain circumstances in to consideration.

* There is a gate under the patio to keep our animals out of your patio and backyard space.

* We are an active husbandry and apiary farm. You may be visited by friendly chickens and ducks. The beehive is far away from the tiny guest house.

* There is also some wildlife who have been seen roaming around the farmlands and deer who like to run across our property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
